Minimum Quantities & Pricing

There is no minimum order dollar amount. However, wholesale products are sold in the minimum quantity sets outlined below. Orders of $300 or more in product qualify for an additional 10% off wholesale prices. Please click on the appropirate link below to view my products and then contact me to discuss your order and arrange to be invoiced.

Wholesale-priced products are sold individually, rather than in "value sets" (as in my retail store), however if you would like some products packaged together for re-sale purposes, just let me know.

Payment
At this time purchasing and payment are processed via PayPal invoicing - a secure, encrypted payment processor (Shalom's Cottage Home will never have access to your specific financial information). A direct-selling wholesale site is currently under development, however, the product links to your left will not work at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

HOW IT WORKS:
1) Visit the appropriate shop above to view my products.
2) Contact me to place your order (feel free to ask any questions, before officially placing an order).

3) Receive a confirmation email from me verifying your order/preferences and total amount due, including shipping.
4) Reply to APPROVE your order confirmation (or to make adjustments, if needed). If no reply is received within 3 days of my confirmation email, I will assume all is correct and will proceed to Step 5.
5) You will then receive a separate email invoice from PayPal which will include the details of your order, my shop name and a link to complete payment for your order. You may pay with any major credit card, your PayPal account or by e-check/bank account. Please note that there is a 5-7 business day wait time for e-checks to clear and production on your order will not begin until it has. (If payment is not submitted within 30 days, the invoice will automatically expire and you will need to contact me to renew your invoice).
6) Once your payment has gone through, you will receive another email from me with additional contact information and an estimated ship time for your order.

Shipping and Handling
All products are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping prices are based on item weight and include insurance and tracking. US orders of $100 of more in product qualify for free shipping ($200 or more for non-US orders). Shalom's Cottage Home abides by all US laws regarding properly filling out customs forms for non-US packages and will not falsify statements regarding type of product, reason sent or declared value for any reason.

Due to the hand-made nature of my products, please allow up to 2 weeks from the date you place your order/submit payment for it to ship (production will not begin on e-check orders until payment clears). Depending on the size of your order and the time of year, it may take longer (I will let you know if this is the case). You will be notified once your order has shipped and you may contact me at any time to request the status of your order. If you need your items to arrive by a specific date or need them RUSHED, please contact me BEFORE placing your order to determine whether it is possible for me to complete and ship your order in the desired time frame and to discuss expedited shipping charges (if applicable).

Packaging
Journals, mini notebooks and gift tags are packaged in clear plastic re-sealable envelopes. Notecard sets and Invitation sets are packaged in clear boxes. All products/packaging will bear the Shalom's Cottage Home logo and website and specific product information. Additionally, 8x10 Art Prints will have a stiff backing inside the envelope for easier display and a care tag will be fixed to the backing. Coming soon - photos of finished packaging.

Satisfaction, Returns & Refunds
Returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements will be issued instead for the following reasons:
-Damaged in Shipping or Defective Merchandise: Please contact me within 30 days of receipt and be prepared to submit photos, so I can accurately assess the situation and file an insurance claim with the US Postal Service, if applicable.
-Lost in Shipping: Please contact me if your order does not arrive within the time frames outlined below:
....-US customers: 30 days from shipped
....-Non-US customers: 8 weeks from shipped, due to customs.
Once you contact me about a missing order, I will first try to track it down by contacting the US Postal Service. If your order IS determined to be lost, depending on the situation/time frame, I will either refund your order or replace it, depending on your preference. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROBABILITY OF MISSING ORDERS IS EXTREMELY RARE.

Samples & Catalogs
I am happy to provide FREE product samples to interested retailers. Please contact me and include the same information, required for the ordering process (see Payment, above). You will never be invoiced for samples, although I reserve the right to limit the quantity based on my judgement. Catalogs are not available at this time.

Signage
Please contact me if you have need of specific display signage for your Shalom's Cottage Home products. I will be happy to work with you, free of charge, depending on the size, type and quantity of the signage needed.

(I reserve the right to add/adjust/delete prices/quantities, product offerings [prior to purchase] and policies at any time, for any reason, without notice. By placing an order you agree to abide by these policies. In addition, I also reserve the right, upon review of your order and at my sole discretion, to refuse service to any party or cancel a transaction prior to shipping for any reason. If I deem such action to be necessary, I will refund any money paid immediately and will send notice of such cancellation using the contact method I deem most appropriate. Wholesale pricing is ONLY available to legitimate re-sale businesses with operating, physical storefronts or websites and to distributors in the stationary industry. Wholesale pricing/ordering is not available for resale purposes in Etsy stores.)
